How to Search and Connect from your Cell Phone!

From your phone, Leashes and Lovers members can:

• Search member profiles
• View member profiles, including photos
• Send a text message to a member
• Send an e-mail to a member
• Send your profile link to a member
• Send pictures from your cell phone to your profile

To access LeashesandLovers.com on your Cell Phone:
1) Open your phone’s Internet browser
2) Enter http://wap.leashesandlovers.com (or click here)
3) Enter your Login and Password. If you are not a member,  Join Now!

To Search for a Member that You Want to Meet:
1) Choose your search criteria on the first page. Click on Next, at the bottom of the first page.
2) Select your search criteria on the second page. Click on Search at the bottom of the page.
3) To view a member profile, click on any one of the links displayed in the search results.

To Search for a Member by Name: (First and Last Name Required)
1) Enter the full name you are searching for in the Member Name field
2) Click on the Search button
3) To view a member profile, click on any one of the links displayed in the search results

How to Initiate Contact

To Send Your Profile to a Member:
1) From within a member profile, click on Contact this Person
2) Click on the Message Type drop down menu
3) From the drop down menu, select the Your Profile option
4) Click Send
5) An automated text message will be sent to the member, from your member name, with a link to your Profile
(Please note: when sending your profile, do not add any text to the message.)

To Send an Email Message to a Member:
1) From within a member profile, click on Contact this Person
2) Click on the Message Type drop down menu
3) From the drop down menu, select the Email option
4) In the Message Text field, create the email message you want to send to the member
(When sending an Email, your message is limited to 160 characters.)
5) When you are ready to send the message, click Send
6) A short email message will be sent to the member, from your member name

To Send a Text Message to a Member:
1) From within a member profile, click on Contact This Person
2) Click on the Message Type drop down menu
3) From the drop down menu, select the SMS option
4) In the Message Text field, create the text of the message you want to send to the member (When sending an SMS, your message is limited to 160 characters.)
5) When you are ready to send the message, click Send
6) A message will be sent to the member, from your member name

How to Reply

When you receive a message from a member on mobile Leashes and Lovers, do not just hit reply.  Instead, follow the easy instructions below to respond.

When a Member Sends You their Profile to Your Cell Phone:
1) Click on the member link in the SMS message
2) Login using your Member Name and Password
3) You will be brought directly to the member's profile
4) To contact this Member, click on "Contact This Person"
5) Select your preferred method of contact: Send Profile, SMS, or Email
6) Enter your message.  (Please note: when sending an SMS, your message is limited to 160 characters.  If you choose to Send Profile, do not add any text.)
7) Click on Send

When a Member Sends You a Text Message to Your Cell Phone:
1) Go to http://wap.leashesandlovers.com on your cell phone
2) Login using your Member Name and Password
3) Search for the member by entering the Member Name from the text message into the Member Name search field.
4) Click on Search
5) Click on the Member Name from the search results
6) Review the member's profile on your cell phone
7) When you are ready to contact this member, click on the "Contact This Person" option
8) Select your preferred method of contact: Your Profile, SMS or Email
9) Enter your message.  (Please note: when sending an SMS, your message is limited to 160 characters.  If you choose to Send Profile, do not add any text.)
10) Click on Send

When a Member Sends You an Email to Your Cell Phone:
1) Go to http://wap.leashesandlovers.com on your cell phone
2) Login using your Member Name and Password
3) Search for the member by entering the Member Name from the email into the Member Name search field.
4) Click on Search
5) Click on the Members Name from the search results
6) Review the member's profile on your cell phone
7) When you are ready to contact this Member, click on the "Contact This Person" option
8) Select your preferred method of contact: Your Profile, SMS or Email
9) Enter your message.  (Please note: when sending an SMS, your message is limited to 160 characters.  If you choose to Send Profile, do not add any text.)
10) Click on Send

In order to use the Leashes and Lovers Mobile Social Community features, you need a mobile device enabled with internet access and text messaging. Charges from your mobile operator may occur for sending and/or receiving text messages or viewing the Member Profiles from your cell phone. Check with your service provider.
